I’m Planing to do a Zumba class and and Aqua Aerobics class once a week to help get into shape and lose weight on my diet, is Zumba and Aqua Aerobics a good way to lose weight and get into shape then?

Yes zumba is but it is according to what you put into the workout while doing it. Its very fun and feels like dancing. I heard that watet aerobics was good because of the resistance in the water. Good luck.

I know that zumba is for sure my friends went to just one class and were completly out of energy I’m not sure of water arobics though I’ve never talked to anyone who did that

Eat intelligently. The difference between man and beast is that we are driven by intelligence while beasts are driven by instinct. Don’t just eat something because you feel like eating it. Ask you’re self whether your body really needs it.

Try and adopt a vegetarian diet. A vegetarian diet is undoubtedly better for those of us watching our diet.
