I’m really not into sports. I’ve tried badminton, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and swimming, and I don’t like all of them. I’ve tried going to the gym, but I just can’t motivate myself to make it a habit. I’m trying to slim down a bit but I don’t know what exercise is good for me since I easily get bored with normal workouts and stuff. Can you recommend any fun sport/exercise/workout technique?

Getting a Wii and even a Wii fit will really help you. It’s really fun, and every game will help you to tone some of the parts of your body and lose some weight. If you get a dancing game or Wii Fit, it will help you even more. Wii Sports is also really good (mainly for your hand muscles!) You can also walk, or cycle which is also a lot of fun. Another suggestion is to turn on your radio and just start dancing! You will lose a lot of calories before you can even understand it!

Only thing I can think of is Wii Fit…or any of the Wii sports…SERIOUSLY!

Lots of fun & u def. get a NICE workout!

Cheers.

Walking. A 3 mile walk at a good pace (or even slower) helps. Find different places that has things to look at as you walk.

Skating and biking

I’m not into any sports, but I like walking, sometimes with music on my ipod. I find myself thinking about other things, working through issues, etc., and it’s not boring that way. And it makes me feel so much better afterward emotionally, that it makes me want to keep walking, keeps me motivated.

First off get a partner to exercise with. Makes it easier.

Bike rides burn alot of calories and you can talk at the same time.

A rowing machine can burn more calories faster. You could time each other and try to beat your times. You can do it at home if you get your own rowing machine. Also you can watch tv while rowing. Just spend about 15 minutes on the rowing machine and try to build up to half an hour. Try to make the intensity go up aswell.

Swimming n cycling…..best advisable.
